Hydraulic transmission
It adopts hydraulic transmission and consists of slider, oil cylinder and mechanical stop fine-tuning structure. The left and right cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) drives the slider to move up and down through hydraulic pressure. The mechanical stop is controlled and adjusted by the CNC system to achieve more precise motion control.
Workbench part
CNC controlled movement: controlled by a button box, the motor drives the baffle rack to move forward and backward, and the CNC system controls the moving distance, with a minimum reading of up to 0.01 mm. There are travel switch limits at the front and rear positions, ensuring the accuracy and safety of the baffle rack movement.
Material blocking mechanism
Motor transmission and CNC control: The stopper is driven by a motor, and the two screw rods are driven to move synchronously through a chain operation. The CNC system controls the size of the stopper and can accurately adjust the stopper position according to processing needs.

The bending machine mold is an important tool used by the bending machine to shape and process sheet materials.
