Custom order for a Turkish customer: 125-ton, 3.2-meter press brake

Recently, a 125-ton, 3.2-meter CNC press brake from our factory successfully passed inspection and was packaged for shipment to Turkey. This bending machine, which combines high precision, high efficiency, and intelligent features, will provide a powerful boost to our Turkish customer's metal processing production line and further deepen cooperation between China and Turkey in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing.

As one of the main machines in the factory, this bending machine strictly adheres to international standards in its design and manufacturing process.  Its 125-ton nominal pressure can easily handle the bending requirements of metal sheets of various thicknesses, and its 3.2-meter working stroke provides ample space for processing large workpieces. It is widely applicable to metal forming operations in various industries, including automotive parts, construction machinery, medical equipment, and home appliance manufacturing.

This press brake is equipped with a DA53T CNC system.  This system features high-precision closed-loop control technology, which can monitor the slider position and pressure changes in real time, ensuring bending angle accuracy within ±0.1°. This meets customers' stringent requirements for product consistency. The system also includes a comprehensive bending process database, which automatically recommends optimal bending parameters based on different materials and thicknesses of sheet metal, helping customers achieve efficient and energy-saving production.

To ensure that the equipment can successfully enter the Turkish market and be used in compliance with regulations, the factory has completed comprehensive CE certification testing before the equipment leaves the factory, strictly adhering to relevant EU directives and standards.
